GANGSAW SUITABILITY
Night Blue Quartzite raw blocks are fully compatible with standard gangsaw processing equipment. Standard quarry block dimensions match regular gangsaw cutting specifications. The stone owns homogeneous internal crystallization, sporadic natural micro-fractures along vein channels and stable overall hardness, with irregular dendritic vein distribution. Complex branching veins impose higher requirements for slab layout and bring moderate controllable processing waste. It serves as a dependable artistic luxury quartzite for standardized slab production and high-end personalized architectural decoration projects.
Recommended Processing: Gangsaw slabs (2 cm & 3 cm), followed by calibration, edge trimming and high-gloss mirror polishing
Expected Slab Yield: Approximately 84–92 slabs per block (based on 3 cm thickness)
Polish Result: Profound midnight-toned glossy mirror surface with luminous branching blue veins, presenting excellent light permeability, mysterious three-dimensional layering and exclusive starry night luxury decorative texture
